There two origin stories i have heard for the unlucky number 13. One was this is day the King of France and the Pope conspired to eradicate the Knights Templar.
The second and perhaps older and more correct version was on Norse mythology the God's had a dinner with 12 guests. Then trickster Loki showed up as a 13th and tricked one God to slay another.

i went grocery shopping for tonights dinner. the gal went to lift the bag for me, and one of the paper handles broke, so she had to get another bag. from there, i went to buy some gasoline, and they were still closed, for some odd reason.
i bought a scratch lottery ticket, and i didn't win.
i was going to reload my first of the 45 ACP, only about 16 of them...just to dial in the press.
i decided the Gods were not with me today, and took a long nap instead.
at least, after that nap..??

I forgot what day it was and loaded 500 .38 Special after changing over the press. No issues. I did crush two cases. Does that count for bad luck?
