YUP...UPS SUCKS

Old_Me

SAINT
every time, i am NOT getting a delivery, the UPS trucks go up and down my street, and are in my neighborhood.

i am expecting a delivery of my LPP primers, and as usual, the day i am EXPECTING my delivery..??

it's alway near the end of the day.

my stuff was "supposed" to be here by 7PM tonight..

it is nearly 7 PM now, and by the tracking map..???

the driver has been zig-zagging in other neighborhoods, "skirting my area" several times, only to go to BUMHELL...

right now, he is like well if i had to guess, 3 miles away....

maybe by 9 PM, my stuff, "might" arrive.........

Christ......

Same thing happens here and I live on a main street. Getting stuff here at 9pm only attracts thieves!
it wouldn't bother me so much but after midnight, i need to go and pick up a family member after she gets out of work, and she might get out at midnight, or 1 AM, 2AM, or at 3 AM one time...... i usually take a nap about 8PM, set the alarm clock for say 11PM......

otherwise, i'm exhausted to just stay awake all night, and i gotta drive 50 miles round trip.

that's not a lot compared to my driving like 11 hours at night in my big rig, but i been retired for a few years now, and not used to staying up past 9. which is why naps help me...

but danged UPS...........yup, all day up and down my streets, when i ain't getting nothing......

Guess you can tell when the overtime clock starts !
My Reg UPS driver keeps a tight schedule, in the area at same time everyday. But when he’s off, no telling when they’ll deliver and at times has been in early evening . But I get do notif alerts from UPS and still the shipments scheduled that today can come the tomorrow.

This was odd… I heard the mailbox rattle last Sunday. It was USPS still delivering mail at 7:30pm …on a Sunday !

this guy looked new, i ain't seen him before.

my questions would be, aren't the stops on the computer as to where to go, in order of streets, and numbers on the front doors???

or is a UPS driver "free" to go his own way..??

it may depend on what service type the driver has on the truck to deliver that day, some service types have a delivery time component, like next day air by 10:30AM.

Next day air, Next Day Air Early, second day air, Domestic Express, UPS Ground, Ground Home Delivery (when I get this service it usually comes after 5PM), they also do Deliveries to the Post office for some USPS service options.
I've had UPS change the delivery on a few USPS shipments when the driver was going to be at my address for another UPS delivery the same day.

guys, may God himself strike me down, if i am lying.

i came home about 20 minutes ago..

as i was coming to my street...........

what is coming towards me...???
