You best hope you don't get caught behind some snowbird yankee eyeballing everything at 10 mph below the speed limit. Lots of places on that bridge that you can't pass because it turns into one lane with a lot of oncoming traffic. And watch out for all the chickens in Key West.

The Lake Pontchartrain Causeway headed into New Orleans is I think the longest continuous road over water.

I was caught on it with my car on "E" once, I barely made it and remembered to never do it again.

My main thing is I have an irrational phobia of deep bodies of water. When I complained to my wife about that bridge she laughed, called me a word that is slang for kitty cat and pointed out that the water is like 15’ deep there. So I’m okay with it.

The longest bridge I’ve been on is the Chesapeake bay bridge/Tunnel and that was on a sport bike motorcycle.
Loved it.

Wait till you get a load of this one on I-10 in Louisiana. I always close my eyes while crossing it but Mrs. Greener says next time if I do that I should let her drive.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of being in Louisiana in general. This just cements the deal.

Is that bridge relatively new ? Because I've been across the 10 from NO to I-75 a couple times and don't recall that bridge. The last time would have been in the 80s though.

Crossing the Sava River from Croatia to Bosnia in a M2 BFV during the Winter of 1995 on a pontoon bridge Scared The Out Of Me! At least standing up in the turret gave my Gunner and I a chance to jump if something went wrong
