Tim, from Military Arms Channel, just did a review of the new FN High Power. It has ambi-slide stop and I believe Ambi-Safety. It's a bit pricey, but with the gun dealers charging premiums for the SA35, it would probably be a wash. The downside of the New FN is that the parts and magazines...
I would love to get a SA-35, however, most sites that have one for sale are charging hundreds of dollars over MSRP and i refuse to pay 75% over MSRP for any firearm.
Having said that, FN just released the new High Power with some serious upgrades.
And, I believe it is Girsan that has also...
Hmmm. Ghost gun law? It isn't a law. It is a change in policy that was made by the ATF. They arbitrarily decided, after years of saying it was legal, to now say that the 80% lowers now are a firearm. That does not make it law. Only elected officials can pass law and the ATF is not elected...
It's not an absolute. But, what in life is, besides taxes and death? The HellCat Pro has a 4" barrel vs the 3" barrel of the HellCat. As a result, the majority of holsters for the HellCat will not work with the Pro. The end of the holster tends to be designed with a closing around the...
I was thinking the same thing. 230 g 9mm is one heck of a bullet. Would you be able to fit enough powder in the case to get the round out of the barrel?
Bought my first 2 firearms in Oct 2016. An XD 9mm and a Delton AR15. Now I have about 125.
As for cost, the ammo is more than the guns. I go through about 12,000 rounds a year.
And yes, I know big gov is aware of everything that gets purchased.
When I lived in California, I had 2 HiPoint PCCs. I sold both due to Prop 63 and the AW Ban. Because they had removable magazines, were rifles and had a pistol grip, I didn't want to have to deal with the modifications.
Both were good shooters and were very reliable. The only downside, to...
No. It is possible that it needs a minor adjustment. The mag release on my Emissary .45 was seated incorrectly and I had to adjust it to allow the magazines to be released.
Always possible that the resizing of the reloads is not totally in spec. That is why many gun manufacturers will tell you that they will void the warranty is you use reloads.
XD-9mm, 9mm SC, 40, 40SC, 45, XDM-45 SC, 9mm Comp, 9mm Elite, 10mm Comp, XD-Mod2 45SC, XDS 9mm, XDS Mod2 9mm and 45, XDE 9mm.
I won't say how many 1911s, EMPs, SAINTS, M1As, Hellcats, and even a couple of M1 Garands.
I truly enjoy my Springfields.
I have a friend who gets false positives every time he applies. In every case, he gets cleared, eventually. Why they haven't corrected the issue makes no sense. It's because he has the same name as a felon, but different SSN, address, state.....
Stupid is as stupid does.
I haven't had the feed ramp polished on any of my 1911s. And of the 26 that I own, only 2 have ever had feeding issues. Both are Kimbers.
Even my $500 Rock Island GI is reliable. So I guess the answer to your question is. YES!
Which one!? I only have about 25 or so. I'd have to count again.
But here is my first 1911. A Sig Sauer Nitron in .45 ACP with grips that my nephew got me for Marine Corps Birthday in 2016.
