Definitely the lighting. The dark shadows are a waxy almost glue-like substance. It is almost like the wax turned to adhesive.

I think I will go with CCI next time. They are priced well too.

I removed the wax and it feels like glue from the rounds and they now slide freely within the magazine tube. I may move onto something else that does not have this amount of wax.
