Will the new XDM "META" Trigger be sold separately??

Does anyone know if this is an in house part or are they just selling PR or Springer triggers factory installed? IIRC Powder River triggers and springs already have SA part numbers.

    Springfield XDM OSP 10mm Review.

So I am an unrepentant 10mm fanboy. I have not been very interested in the XDM platform until they came out with one in 10mm. I almost got one of the 5.25" guns last year, but decided to wait a bit and see if an optics ready version would become available. Low and behold, my patience paid...

    Hellcat OSP Optic choices

The Romeo Zero and Holosun 407K and 507K have this as well. So basically, all of them. ;)

    AK-47 or AR-15

Ginge I am not trying to pick a fight, but I feel like I have to push back a little here, since I think there are some factual inaccuracies regarding a couple of your statements. On the whole I do agree completely that training to your gear is the solution to many problems. However there are...

    NEW Century RH 10 AK

With 1 exception, every Century built gun I have owned has been sub par at best and junk more often than not. Now there are some guns that are just imported by Century and not built by them. Those can be solid, but you have to know the difference. There are too many good AK's out there to...

    AK-47 or AR-15

AR without a doubt. Not to say I don't own and appreciate quality AK's, but I think the AR is an objectively better gun for most purposes. It is on average more accurate, more ergonomic, lighter, and much more adaptable. These days quality AR's are even cheaper, at least in the states. It...

    Hellcat: The New Top Dog?

Having both, once Holosun comes out with the 507K I will be replacing my XL/Romeo 0 with a HeckKitten/507k combo. I just shoot the HeckKitten better, like the CQB guide rod, and I really like the ability to have fixed usable irons if my optic ever fails. While I wait for decent glass to be...

Ok, which gun do you regret getting rid off....

I had gotten two very nice HK P7 PSP's when they were still coiming in as German Police surplus guns for about 500 each. Sold them a few years later for about 1200 each. I wish I had held on to at least one of them, they are such wonderful little guns.

Armory Life Hellcat Giveaway gun review!

So just a quick follow up. I had the HeckKitten out for another range session of about 100 rounds and James was spot on with the hold. Its a serious type 3 hold, but it is consistent. At 20 yards I was having to completely cover the plates with the sights, but if I did my job it did its job...

A 10mm SpittenKitten would make me a happy cat for sure!

Armory Life Hellcat Giveaway gun review!

Yeah with the red dot you can just adjust the dot to point of aim. You would not be able to cowitness them though if they were off from the factory. Depending on the sight, the red dot housing might be able to just replace the rear sights if you wanted to go that route, so it would not matter...

Armory Life Hellcat Giveaway gun review!

We were also shooting indoors at 20 yrds and the outdoor rack at 20 yrds. The sights did not seem particularly high or low as for how they set in the gun. They certainly are not "suppressor height" sights like you would see on some guns. They are a bit taller than the Xray sights on the Sig...

Armory Life Hellcat Giveaway gun review!

So the little HeckKitten had its first range day today. I overall like the way it shot, and the new shooter I had out with me liked it enough that she wants to order an OR version once they are in stock with common availability. All was not roses and aged scotch, but overall I was impressed...

Armory Life Hellcat Giveaway gun review!

So I have shot a Hellcat a couple times, but have only owned the Sig 365 and 365 XL guns for the hi cap micro compact class. I was lucky enough to win one of the HC's in the giveaway, and I thought I would post some thoughts and reviews on it as I break it in. I did not have a chance to shoot...

EDC with optics. One persons perspective.

Pfft. You need a brace and a threaded barrel on your edc for optimum tacticoolness.

    XDm 10 4.5 vs 5.25

So Sportsmans Outdoor Super Store had the FDE threaded barrel optics ready 10mm for 550 today! I could not resist and ordered one. Smoken deal for an optics ready, threaded 10mm...

Magpul gets into the AR Brace game

Agree Talyn, but I will say that I am glad to see Magpul step into the brace game. They have a LOT more money to fight the ATF if they get squirrelly on classification/interpretation down the roadthan some of the smaller companies do.

    Range Bags

I have the same bag as SMSgtRod. Its wonderful, except I tend to always find a way to pack it to capacity rather than need. Having so much space leads me to saying things like "oh, that's where I left the Uzi Pro/spotting scope/random handgun" once I unpack at the range to start shooting.

    Your favorite Springfield

None of my favorite Springfield's are made by Springfield. I am not actually sure if SA even makes guns besides the M1A and variants. I have the impression they just re-badge guns from other people, or assemble parts made by other people in foreign countries, but don't know for sure. Kind of...
