I'm a huge fan of the M1 Carbine and have two of them. In my suburban setting, I'd prefer one of them over an AR. I have one I updated just for home defense.

I believe the Biden administration has been cooking the books on all the federal agencies to make themselves look good. What they claim is a long way from what I'm actually seeing. I'll put on my tin foil hat now. ;)

Just about every handgun I've ever owned, I've had to adjust the rear sight slightly right to center my hits on target. That's just the way my hands work. :rolleyes:

I love the M1A. Its my favorite semi-auto rifle. 😁 I do have a standard Socom 16. Honestly, I prefer the straight stock to those aftermarket pistol grip types. The Socom 16 is a nice, handy rifle and a good shooter. On mine I have to really tighten the gas plug or it tends to shake loose...

Not exactly your typical hobby drone. I'm afraid you'd need a bit more firepower. I'm thinking helicopters with light machine guns to minimalism danger to ground areas.

If it violates restricted air space, it should be shot down immediately. What's so hard about that?

I would have done the same thing. SOB needed killing. 🤬 If on the jury, no way I'd convict the father. Hopefully, the DA will realize that he'll never get a conviction and drop the charges.

Ain't that a shame. Why? So we could support him and provide medical care for the next 50 years or more? This guy has destroyed his life. Even after he gets out of prison, nobody will want him and nobody will hire him. He'll likely go from a nice warm prison cell to being homeless. Serves him...

The Memphis rail yards have a real problem with thieves. They're real fond of electronics and expensive tennis shoes. Some times getting away with 10s of thousands of dollars worth of stuff.

I've been saying it for years, our education system is all about turning out stupid, liberal sheep who can't think for themselves. Remember, these teachers are the product of that same system.

I've been a 1911 .45 guy for most of my life. Bigger holes are better. ;) But I have to admit that as I've gotten older I find my little 642 .38 on my hip more often. :rolleyes:

Most of my guns are from the 20th century. There hasn't been much made this century that interests me. :rolleyes: I had a S&W 3914 (blue) and it was a great gun. Foolishly sold it and have regretted it. But a couple of years ago I bought a Sig P239. I actually like it better. ;)

I'm surprised and even a bit disappointed that Remington and Colt didn't do better. But I guess its really all about price and what the public actually buys. :rolleyes:

.gov has been strong arming private businesses forever. I seriously doubt anything will ever come of it.
