Don't worry about the polymer frame! I've had a CZ Scorpion for several years and zero problems. I'm still using the plastic mags that they had problems with early on. :) I have never fired the Victor so I can't comment on any comparison.

I seem to have a problem with my middle finger hitting the trigger guard on a lot of my handguns, it is what it is, I guess. I have taken to wearing shooting gloves and that does seem to help.

My sleep cycle has been a jumbled mess for years. I may get up one or twice a night to seven or eight times a night. No rhyme or reason to it, luckily I'm able to fall right back to sleep. Getting old probably has a lot to do with it.

On my house thermometer here in SoDak yesterday we hit 70 degrees, officially, it hit 63. Today it is 13, windy and we're getting a light snow. We are presently in a fire warning alert as everything is bone dry, the price we pay when we have mild winters and no serious snowfall.

When they first came out I remarked that they looked like a Saturday Night Special. I'm sure they are well made but I can't get past the 1930's style look.
