When my daughter's were teenagers, I gave them the don't drink and drink talk. I told them if they need a ride, call me, regardless of the time. They both called me exactly one time each and I picked them up. Say what you want but neither one will drink and drive. Maybe I'm just lucky.

That is very cool. 700 yards is truly amazing. I have a video of my wife hitting our 10" gong at 250 yards, you can hear the hit. I tried posting it here but the file is too big.

I have a Remington 541T-HB with a Leupold VXII 4-12x40mm with target turrets. My wife and I shoot it at our 250 yard gong. It's a ton of fun! You can burn up a box of shells pretty quick too.

I shot a couple hogs with my S&W 629 Classic 44 Rem Mag and one with a T/C Contender in 309 JDJ, similar ballistics to the 308 Win. They are tough!

My Kimber Tactical Pro II has a mag well.
