Update 2: I found one of the extractor spring retainers and reassembled the non-OSP Mod.2. I put a small piece of masking tape on the back of a snap cap and the striker is indenting the tape, so I assume that one's working again. I've decided not to fire the other one until I can source...

Update: The slide lock's spring was jammed between it and the frame. I moved the spring back into place and that part is now working as it should. I compared the two models' strikers and they looked the same to me from what I could tell, and I didn't see any obvious damage, but there is a lot...

An overloaded round went off in my XD-S Mod.2 today. I'm not injured, but now the gun won't fire and the slide lock seems to be rubbing on the frame. I have an XD-S Mod.2 "OSP" model as well, but I prefer the styling of the old model better. Might the OSP's striker, slide lock, and perhaps...
