Thanks for the post Night Rider. That "Home Rule" is about the craziest thing I ever heard of. I'm from Iowa, not saying it won't happen but we have the right people in the right places with a lot of gun owners.

What's your point? Mine is that by putting up a sign like the one I mentioned gives crooks/robbers/murders the advantage, regardless of whether the owner/management/insurance company or whoever puts the sign up, it doesn't matter who did it.
