12 weeks and no gearup rebate!!

So let me get this straight. You claim to be a lifelong customer of Springfield. But yet the very first time you do not get some "FREE" items from them in the time you deem appropriate you feel the best way to deal with it is to turn on Springfield and bash Springfield? And claim you have been scammed?

Since when in the history of Springfield Armory's existence have they ever "scammed" anyone? Try never!

It says in the promo it can take up to 8-12 weeks.

You obviously are not a lifelong customer of Springfield. If you were, you would not be taking the negative stance on some "FREE" items that Springfield is giving you that you do not have to pay for. Perhaps sell your Springfield, go buy your Sig and leave the forum.
You keep emphasizing the word "FREE." They aren't free. They are included as a part of the agreed upon deal at the time of purchase. Springfield say: "if you buy our firearm and fill out a form, we will give you a total of 5 mags and a range bag." People calculated the savings from the cost of the extra items before they even purchased the gun. It was a package deal. Absent of fine print, it's legally binding.

The fact is there is a lot of competition and great options on the market to choose from, and many people would not have choose the Hellcat over another option if not for the fact that Springfield advertised 3 extra mags and a range bag as a part of the purchase price/package.

If Springfield Armory promised and offered the 3 mags and bag AFTER I made my purchase, I'd view it as being free. I would be disappointed if I didn't get it, but I wouldn’t feel like I was entitled to it. If I'm promised it BEFORE I decided to make the purchase, I consider it as a package deal and not exactly free. I'd feel entitled to it under the terms that were offered, so I see and understand why someone would be upset for not getting what they were promised when they were promised it.

You should be attacking the person who breached the agreement instead of the person complaining about it.

@SparkyChootEm Did it ship yet?

I was approved for Hellcat Pro Gear Up Sept 2 and still nothing as of Nov 12.
Had I known I'd go 3 months I would have purchased additional mags and optic or gone with something else.
Have already switched to a S&W in mean time. Will be interesting to see if HP can win me back or if the whole bundle gets sold.

I purchased my 10mm with the same package at Sportsman’s Warehouse for a bit less. Out the door in 10 minutes flat. Some special they had. Like the pistol and the 5 mags, two cases and all. M
