An online fundraiser to support Karmelo Anthony, accused of killing Frisco, Texas high school track star Austin Metcalf, continues to gain traction as Anthony is held without bond in the Collins County Jail.

$170k for the accused stabber (I won't post his name) of the football player during a track meet. It's also reported that many social media outlets are erroneously posting that the dead youth died of a drug OD, others are claiming the dead youth had assaulted the accused, and at least one even claimed to have been repeating a local TV station's reporting of all the bad involving the dead youth. That TV station has since gone online to disavow those claims ... unfortunately once done/seen it's very difficult to undo/unsee!

I simply do not understand how/why so many young people today will intentionally cause misinformation out there, or jump onto causes we all know are the wrong causes. And to the extreme of totally destroying other people's personal property. And for some unexplained reason, it seems far to often they get away with it.

Sadly it’s not just young people everyone has become a spin doctor and make themselves Victim.

As far as this case while we don’t know what really happened the self defense claim os gonna be a hard sell as why did he have a leaping” on school property and of course he has the bad optics that came out on his gang hanger esq Social Media post

Do I believe he murdered the kid Probably he did…as I don’t see how home reacting with a. Knife was “reasonable” even if the kid that died did pinch him.. All the groups coming to the accused Defense will make this a racial issue and fodder up the trial and when he’s convicted (as I can’t see him explaining this away) they will file appeal after appeal.

Sad that a kid is dead over some petty BS!
 
It also doesn’t help as you have all these talking head pundits BS spin out on anything making it either race or that side voted for Trump or whoever they are mad at.
They have no limit they will not go to slander the other side

I apologize as if your like me this will make you mad and throw out some curse words!

The accused didnt go to any Frisco HS and had no place being on Frisco ISD grounds at that event as he was not part of any HS that was there to compete.

Thug. Pure thug up to no good. Plain and simple
 
Race baiting hustlers and charlatans are at work here. Sometimes I think the media is trying to start a race war-they certainly are divisive. That kid is a product of a violent subculture. He went looking for trouble and sparked a confrontstion where he could use his knife

Yep. District track meet. They’re going to continue the meet this week and have announced an increased Police presence and they have released a statement saying what spectators can and can’t bring to the meet.
This Thug was obviously looking for trouble😡
