I’m familiar with Gastonia. I lived there for about 1 and 1/2 years when I had a few construction jobs in Maiden , Forest City and Shelby.
Beautiful area especially heading west . The only negative was the traffic around Charlotte it was a nightmare.

37 degrees here (feels like 27 with windchill). Yesterday was beautiful. It didn't get above 39, but there wasn't a cloud in the sky and....THERE WAS NO WIND!! That is so rare here. The wind returneth.... Supposed to reach 52, but with wind it always feels cold.

We are now in the “yo yo cycle” that is March. In the past week we have see 70 degree temperatures, in the 50s the past few days, and now they’re forecasting snow….Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!

I remember back in the early 90's, we had freezing rain event all night, it was 14 degrees above 0 and poured rain most of the night........real bad icing in morning......

Hi,

Yeah, the weather is all over the place around here too. Sunny and high of low 50s for the next couple of days. Then highs in the mid 30s for a couple of days. But I'm getting dangerously close to booking some time at an outdoor range. It's been a while since I've practiced outside in the fresh air and sunshine.
