I won a Springfield Armory 1911 in 10mm NRA Operator in a raffle, can anyone give me information on on this piece, year and how many were produced in the NRA edition and value.
I want to shoot this, but would not want to depreciate a limited edition model.

Shoot it. It's a nice gun, but it's not that valuable. It deserves to be more than a paperweight.

Welcome to the forum! Sure, get that serial number to SA and they can tell you all about it. Did it come with full documentation? You can download user manuals and such from the website.

I love me some 10mm 1911. A big heavy framed gun tames the round very nicely.
Check around and you’ll find ammo at 40S&W prices, locally it was 0.08 less for a 50round Box of S&B.
Buy it cheap stack it deep. Not sure how long the reasonable stuff might last, hoping it’s a new normal.
