2025 Pistol "Gear Up" Program

You guys and your stories about CT convinced me to order a Holosun 507C before the Gear Up package even arrives!

Ok, fine, I was looking for excuses to order one, but still. ;-)

Update on turn around time - I submitted the paperwork 13 days ago and received an email today saying the paperwork has been accepted and I should receive everything in the next 8-12 weeks. So it's not looking like I'll be getting the 19 day turnaround time that 1bravo9 did.

I guess the good news is I feel better about ordering the Holosun before even trying the CT red dot. The 507C is already at home waiting for me to return from my trip.

Is not what you expected but at least you will get it. I guess I was lucky that when I purchased mine it came with everything already. I did ordered the Holosun 407C to replace the CT 1500.

I was more surprised to see someone got it in 19 days than I am that it will likely take me longer. No worries, I've already got a range bag and the Holsun, so it's really just the mags I'm waiting for, I can get by with two for now.

The other (unrelated) good news is, my CPL is waiting for me at home too, so transporting pistols to and from the range will be easier now.


EDIT: I just re-read the posts here and it seems I'm still on pace with what 1Bravo9 saw so who knows when it will show up. I'm just happy it's progressing.

Thanks for the update. I’m going for the Holosun 507 with the Green dot / Circle.
After all my research I think it’ll be a benefit for my old eyes
