It's a tack driver at 25 yards too brother. Very comfortable in the hand and very accurate straight out of the box.

25 yards at the range is fine. Training for SD it's pointless. Training for 3 yards is much more appropriate.

Also my eyes are old too and not what they once were. I am noticing I like 12- 15 yards very much for sighting in pistols these days. ;-)

My personal favorite compact .45 is the the HK USP45 Compact (The HK45C is a close second). I dropped a Match trigger in mine, it’s a great carry piece...one of the lightest recoiling compact .45’s yet there, in my experience.

Orherwise, if I'm going to carry a single stack, it’ll be an Officer’s Model.
