9mm HP ammo

Looking for 9mm HP rounds that are not paper thin at the edges of the (hollow) point.
My 1911 loves a certain Federal HP, so I bought some for my XD-S Mod 2. They won't feed. The thin tip deforms and jams up against the bottom of the barrel ramp. Prefer a heavier bullet, i.e. 124 or 147gr. Any suggestions?

I ordered a box of Hornaday Subsonic 147s. Looks like they have a substantial ring around the hollow point. We'll see...

Which has caused failure to feed in at least 2 of my .45s. They all run HST just fine though. I haven't tried the polymer tipped CD in the 9s though. The 9s run fine with HST as well. The new Punch runs fine in them too.

Runs ok in my XD Mod 2 .45 too. Not in a couple of the other ones though. And HST runs great in all of them. Just goes to show you gotta find what works best in YOUR gun.
