The general public would be shocked to know how often they have brushes with savages without knowing it. There are predators among us. I have been asked by family and friends why I am always armed. It is because evil lurks in unexpected places at unexpected times. Where mental illness or drug induced psychosis are concerned, you cannot apply logic or reason to motivations for violence.
