Accidentally stabbed to death

The only neck knives I've ever seen were similar to the one HayesGreener posted. A small (2") fixed blade suspended by the scabbard. A friend of mine actually gave me two of them some years ago. I tried it for about 15 minutes and quickly decided that wasn't for me. Darn thing swings around and is constantly moving. Very uncomfortable. I think they're still around here somewhere, but no idea where that might be.

I would also like a description of the injury. If the knife fell out of the scabbard, I'd think it would have fallen straight down to his waistband. I just can't imagine a fatal injury out of that.
