Ah... didn't think about that.
I guess I have to rely on the Viridian laser. Initially I was bummed that it's controlled only by an on-off button, not automatic, so might be hard to get it turned on in an emergency draw.
However, today I went to a gun show here, and I stumbled over this local holster company (family). They "adapted" one of their XDM Kydex holsters (XDM + laser) for my Hellcat and while they were re-forming it (with heat) on my Hellcat, by accident, arrived to a retaining position that would turn ON the laser every time I draw, just because of sheer mechanical pressure on that button.
It does not turn it on when holstering.
It's awesome!
