They are trying to put it thru the insurance company again and if it doesn't go they will then send me a bill and I already told them that they will have to take payments. They wanted to know if I wanted to re-instate my cleaning appt. for December and I told them no. I told them that they have lost me as a customer but if they send me a bill I would discuss re-payment with them. Honestly I just don't think that they know what they are doing, very unorganized. I had the same dentist for 20 years and never had an issue. He retired and none of them in town are worth a sh.. The old saying is true pay more and get less. Most employees are just plain stupid these days.
