Glad to hear you got things straightened out. Don’t forget to run that .308 on the wet side. Personally I would keep it but that’s your choice.

I was surprised to learn that the SA .308 should be run on the wet side when I got mine, so I do. My only other AR is a Ruger 556 which they say to only put a few drops in 2 or 3 spots, which I also do. Both run great!

I liked the way that 716 shot more than my SV. Less recoil, less noise, but to be fair it was also significantly heavier, with a much nicer stock.

The 716I is great but definitely built for a different purpose and you can feel it. I'm glad your SAINT is working now. Keep it and run it hard. It should only get better.
