Any of you dealing with this dumpster fire?

I drive old cars...the bugs were worked out decades ago.

my deputy friend .....his wife her tahoe took a poop in the whataburger drive through
made a CLANK CANK noise

of course kids were with her from just being picked up at school
she was not happy in anyway shape or form as it was less than a month old.

Not a GM product, but my Toyota Tundra has a check engine light on that the dealer’s Master Techs can’t figure out. They have had my truck for over two weeks so far, not counting previous trips. The newer vehicles are just too complicated with way too many failure modes!
Agree,
I was thinking of getting a 2025 Toyota Frontier hybrid with 326 HP but decided against it.
I have serious doubts as so much unproven years technology in them but so many lithium batteries because long charging(if EV only), insane fire hazzard, a tonne of extra weight, and some models takes up so much floor space.
Also if you research that model, you find many with so many issues. It is not like before Toyota had excellent reliability but quality has gone down.
