so a couple of things from the vid - 1. the cartridge was not designed to be powerful, but minimal bc lightness was the overarching goal, 2. It was marketed to the public as ar15 long before sold to military use as m16. The media always goes on about how the ar 15 is a high powered rifle (covered extensively in discussion in many other chat threads) and how it is a military weapon. It is not. good find One wolf
