We just got one in the store, it looks like the back can be removed to add a brace
Good sling maneuvering could remove the need for a brace as well. Is set up for it.

Has features I like but.........
No option for accurate sight shots..........limits the possibilities for me........home defense/range fun.........pass......but if she had a stock, perhaps.
RIA sells a ridiculous looking 19 round banana mag for their 12 gauge line that's almost 2ft long.Usually 10 round max.

You can also find 20-25 round drums online though they can get heavy when loaded with foster slugs.
Mossberg 590M have capacities of 5, 10, 15, 20 (I have 10 rds, and it’s not too bulky), Remington 870DM have capacities of 3 & 6 (I have the 6 rds and it’s not bulky at all).Usually 10 round max.

This is how I prefer AR pistols. Single point sling set up so the end of its travel has the tube resting on my cheek.Good sling maneuvering could remove the need for a brace as well. Is set up for it.
SAS style (kinda—they used 3-pt slings with their MP5’s, but kept the stocks collapsed). This is how I prefer AR pistols. Single point sling set up so the end of its travel has the tube resting on my cheek.
I just can’t get used to a brace.SAS style (kinda—they used 3-pt slings with their MP5’s, but kept the stocks collapsed).
Works quite well.
Be honest, you already own 3.I do like the fact it’s semi auto and incorporates detachable mags, much like my pumps (Shockwave 590M & TAC14 DM)
The brace wasn’t the reason I got rid of my AR Pistol but I honestly didn’t like it either.I just can’t get used to a brace.
I had 3 when I replied to this post more than a year ago. Now, who knows how many I have.Be honest, you already own 3.
I’m enjoying figuring out how to use the sling instead of a brace. I like it as short as possible. The brace wasn’t the reason I got rid of my AR Pistol but I honestly didn’t like it either.
It seems that a break in period is very necessary for many of these. This was not my experience.Any insight into a light primer strike on VRF14, but single fed round fires like it’s supposed to. It feeds, but then light stokes the primer. I’ve put 4 rounds down range single feed brand new. Just needs to break in?
Unless I read it wrong this is now subject to reinterpretation as a SBS due to the new AFT rule.I don't have any experience with the VRF14, but it appears to be similar to one of my builds (only in semi-auto). I bought a magazine-fed Remington 870DM Tac-14 when retailers were clearing out the DM series for insanely low prices. I threw on an SB Tactical brace to create my 12 gauge, magazine-fed, firearm. It's fun to shoot, but it isn't really any more practical than any other home-security sized shotgun.
I like interesting designs, so I might actually pick up a VRF14 if I find one at the right price. I don't have anything against semi-auto shotguns, but I've always found traditional pump-actions to offer a perfectly adequate rate of fire. The VRF14 might be a fun introduction to magazine-fed semi-auto shotguns.

Many of the, shall we say, "Less expensive" semi auto shotguns do in fact need to be broken in with heavier loads before they will cycle reliably. Get a few boxes of 1 oz slugs or 00B ( 1200 FPS seems to be the minimum) and fire that through it then try the lighter loads again.Any insight into a light primer strike on VRF14, but single fed round fires like it’s supposed to.
