ATF decision impinges upon Beretta 1301 tactical shotgun

Supposedly 922r is meant to keep people from building SA rifles and shotguns for non sporting purposes from foreign made parts.

The thing is, any of these things where there are acceptable, creative ways to get around the law are an indication that the law is a bad one. The pistol brace thing is a clear indication that the SBR law is a bad law. The fact that you can pay $200 and have a suppressor or an SBR is a clear indication that those items being NFA is bad law.
