Authorities say a 69-year-old man was unloading groceries from his car when a 24-year-old suspect approached him, saying, "This is a robbery," and pointed a gun at him.

After a struggle over the weapon ensued, the victim was able to gain control of the gun, which discharged one time, grazing the suspect in the abdomen, according to police.

Officials say the suspect was transported to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he was placed in stable condition.

There’s a law suit filed by the mother of a young man who died in shooting, the mother is claiming the police are at fault. No the young man and a friend tried to arm CarJack someone at a gas station and the owner of the car shot and killed him. Karma.

This situation is quite ironic. The Soros-funded DA in Philadelphia won't put criminals in jail because he believes that criminals are actually victims who only rob and steal because they can't meet their basic needs any other way. This causes crime to skyrocket. When the 69 year-old victim couldn't meet his immediate need for a gun, he was forced to take one from somebody else. Against all odds, DA Krasner may have managed to simultaneously prove his theory on criminal behavior, while still increasing the violent crime rate and lowering the quality of life in his city. Sadly, this might qualify as a leftist success story.
