Back pressure issue on SAINT VICTOR .308 AR-10 RIFLE with Banish 30 Suppressor

I just received my Banish 30 suppressor for my .308 AR-10 and took it for a drive today. I noticed a problem immediately: The rifle will only fire a couple of rounds through it before it gets a feed jam. Researching this a bit today seems to point to too much back pressure due to that suppressor being onboard.

I know that the SAINT VICTOR .308 AR-10 rifle has an adjustable gas block which can have various set screws to adjust that back pressure, but wondering if anyone has gone through this process before and can offer some guidance.

Picture from the manual included here.

Thanks a ton.

From an AR manufacturer friend of mine, he is spot on. I would use the adjustable one, and follow these steps as applicable.

I think it’s time to do another video, but until I can get out and do one, we’ll discuss it here.
Adjusting your gas block when shooting suppressed. 4 out of the last 5 rifles that came back we’re due to user not adjusting gas block correctly.
The two pictures are currently the gas blocks we use.
We test fire every rifle, but each suppressor has different back pressure, so it’s impossible to tune it perfectly before you get it.
My best suggestion is close your gas all the way off(clockwise like any screw), this turns screw to shut off gas. Put one round in your mag and fire it. Should NOT lock your bolt open, turn adjusting screw counterclockwise one half turn or 1 click(photo 2 has clicks, photo 1 doesn’t). Do this until your bolt locks back and notice brass should be at 3:30 on a clock. On adj gas block 1, tighten front locking screw to lock adjustment screw in place.
On gas block 2, you’re done.
