Beretta 92x

I* still haven't got my 100 dollar rebate check and their customer service really sucks and is no help whatsoever. no more Beretta's for me.

Colt offered a range bag and glasses as a promotional deal back in 2017 and it took me like 9 months to get it. Around 100 bucks worth. It was also a private contracted company

If that’s your biggest problem I’ll trade you my Son getting over brain cancer and terminal ILL brother for a lost or slow refund!

i don't believe you can compare your family issues with a rebate.

now if you said you bought a Beretta and got your rebate, that's ok.

but he's talking a commodity, not a life here.

frankly, i think you are out of line

My point is folks use the most minimal inconvenience to blast or say Kim not buying X,y z over oettt BS and if that’s all it takes to make you that mad I’d hate to see your (their) handling of more serious life issues.

Complaining about a rebate reminds me of that Karen mad about the McDonalds $1.69 cheeseburger being messed up.

Perhaps I should have articulated it better.

Well let talk about that a minute, about your first post, i have no comment but to say i am extremely sad about your sons condition and i'm sure you would trade anything for his health as any good father would do. also i will say a prayer for him and may god bless him and his family.

But to compare a trade with customer service is not right. now for the line i quoted, My wife of nearly 40 years is suffering from advance dementia, so you think nobody else has troubles but you? again i am very sorry for your sons misfortune and wish him and you the very best and a miracle. they do happen.

but none of this has anything to do with poor customer service.

Out of line dude. Sorry for your son but he was commenting on slow customer service, not mentioning any other issues or complaining about his life Many people here, if you stick around and actually listen, have some serious issues in thier lives, myself included

It's not a competition.prsyers ho out fir your sons recovery.

I have 2 a 92x and a 92fs I always been a big beretta fan good article on maintenance almost forget I have a px4 storm in a 9 also
I like the 92 series myself Jav. I have 8: 92a1; 92fs Compact; 92x; 92x Performance; M9; M9a3; M9a4; and recently bought the SAO 92xi (I also have the PX4 Storm in 40 Cal.). The M9a4 is FDE and it came with 3 mags. Due at the time to the supply chain issues, 1 mag had the FDE base plate, while the other 2 mag base plates were black. Beretta had included a form with the gun, that allowed you to email them for a code when the FDE Base Plated mags would finally come in, along with a code for one no charge optic plate. I went to their global website and submitted my email address which they responded they received, and would get back to me with the codes when these accessories became available. I mostly forgot about it for about eight months, when a buddy that worked at the LGS asked if I had gotten the plate and mags. I told him I completely forgot about it and shortly thereafter, wrote Beretta and asked where are my codes and/or what's the status of their supply issues. A rep wrote back saying they were still trying to get supplies and had a few available that would be sent out on a first come first served basis, and to be patient. The next day I received the two codes leading me to believed they just forgot about getting back to their customers. Anyways, you buy from their store, use the codes to get no charge and no shipping fees. Since I had to use two codes, I had to do two seperate transactions. Items were shipped pretty quickly, and I wrote them asking how to send in the 2 mags with the black base plates, and they responded to just keep them (so I ended up with the gun coming with 5 mags and a optic plate (I chose the rmr cut for a Trijicon SRO). So I will agree with @Belt Fed that their custom service seems lacking, but I was able to finally get what was promised in my case.

Hey Belt didn’t know about your wife’s condition nothing but good prayers your way . I know in a situation like yours it’s not easy on anyone but please take of her I know you will but take of yourself my man it’s important or you can’t be there for her prayers and love your way

I'm sure your family situation weighs heavily on you 24-7. Sorry that your son and brother are battling chronic health issues. I am reminded of Helen Keller's quote, "I cried because I had no shoes until I met a man who had no feet" which is based on an old Irish proverb. In dealing with life's daily problems many of us tend to let the small stuff get to us and our preception of what's important gets blurred which can lead us to being less empathetic towards others and their struggles. God bless.

92’s are really nice reliable guns for every one I ever shot, but I dont like them for one reason.
Bigger than heck.
The grip size does not accommodate smaller hands. Feels like the grip is 2x larger than any other pistol for some reason.
Really wanted one long ago but had to go with a 228 and Hi-Power over the 92

I could certain understand that having small to med size hands on my 92 I had to change to original grip to a thin WC grip works well for me

that's strange, the grips on mine are "slimline"? right from the factory..and my hands are not large
