that's strange, the grips on mine are "slimline"? right from the factory..and my hands are not large

They may have changed them over the years, but last one I held the grip / frame was large profile

i did buy factory Beretta walnut grips..THOSE are quite thick......but workable for me.

I tried a Beretta 92 many times. Just too big for my medium sized hands. Can't hit squat with them. A friend of mine swears by Beretta's. He's former military and has tried many different guns by many different manufacturers and nothing can sway him. But back on thread here he said they're customer service is very lacking and that's their only drawback.
