Best optic For HellCat RDP

I have scoured the threads and can't seem to find an answer. I already have a HellCat,but want to get the RDP with optic and when I had called my local gun store to order it, they had said the RMSc was a cheap optic and should consider a better option (Trijicon or? but didn't seem to give me any great advice. I would prefer a green dot as I have looked through both in the past and prefer it. I was prepared to just get theRMSc,but have hit a stumbling block and need help from my fellow Armory Life family.. Any thought or comments are appreciated. Jim

Try the Crimson Trace RAD Micro / Pro. They come in red (3moa) and green (6moa). They also co-witness. Adapter plate not required. Currently there is a $25+ rebate (up to 3) based on the optic price. I haven't had any issues with mine other than the pro model not seeming to wake up sometimes, especially in a dark environment. I don't have any issues with the non pro model though since it is always on.

I put a Holosun 407 on my Hellcat, no issues with the adapter plate or anything. I just preferred the 6 moa dot vs circle for CCW.

I 2nd this recommendation, FWIW. I just bought this red dot sight for my Hellcat OSP and have nothing disparaging to say about it.

As mentioned, some places currently have rebates available and as of this writing the red dot version is $50 off at Amazon.

I have the Crimson RAD Micro Pro. No complaints. Underrated and overlooked optic. I only choose and prefer it over the Holosun because it fits low, no optic plate, and co-witnesses with the iron night sights without have to buy an optic plate on both the Shield Plus and Hellcat.

No pics of my Hellcat right now, but here it is on my Shield Plus.
