What is you gun make/model and maybe some suggestions will follow?I would like to put a bi-pod on my .308 for hunting. What are suggestions on which bi-pod to mount and how to mount it?
Are you familiar with these? How do they mount? With the existing bolt/screws that are in the front sling mount?Take a peak at these.

How does that mount? It looks like screws should be coming in from the other direction, looks very interesting. I read the info but it looks like the screws are coming from the wrong direction in the picture.I like this bi pod adapter because you can keep the sling attachment

Yeah, for grooves to be away from stock the screws would have to come in the opposite way and then they would be in the way on top of that particular rail. For the sum of 160 bucks, I'm not really surprised.Probably one of the worst bipods out there.
The originals were made for the full-auto version of the M-14 which didn't go well.For the sum of 60 bucks, I'm not really surprised.
