Almost all (if not all), of his proposed Gun Control items are infringements of the Second Amendment and effect law abiding citizens and not criminals. I didn't see ONE item listed that dealt with criminal gun laws (either new or existing), that are written, but seldom followed. Someone lies on the BGC form, it's usually dropped as part of a plea or the criminal does hardly any jail time and usually gets a gun another way when out. Crime committed with a gun that the criminal was unlawfully carrying, charges usually dropped while other more serious charges of crimes committed pirsued, and when they get out, boom, they get another gun. How about a law that says, you commit a crime with a gun you legally couldn't own/carry, you get a 25 year mandatory sentence that can't be plea bargained away and no parole (must serve entire sentence just for that crime and doesn't include charges/sentencing for the other crimes committed with that firearm). Second offense? Boom, 50 years, no parole, etc.
If Biden gets his list implemented if elected, and the SCOTUS (or any other lower court), doesn't immediately rule it unconstitutional, the Biden's "government" should be ruled a tyranny (just from the 2A restrictions alone), and removed by legal actions. Just my humble opinion.
 
I will not comply with actions that are contrary to the documented intent of the Founding Fathers for the 2nd Amendment.

Especially when the Democrat Party is complicent with, and encourage, the anarchy currently occurring in cities that they administer.

An immortal speech that is even more pertinent 12 years later due to domestic enemies that no long hide behind vague statements, but now openly say they will come for law-abiding gunowners if they get into power. Especially you Mr. Biden...

The only POTUS in modern times that openly supports the 2nd Amendment in nearly every speech he gives.
