BoA banking issues

I checked my account and my balance was missing a zero, but don’t worry, I can still afford to hang out with @KillerFord1977!

there was a small digital interruption to many banks last few days at random...or so it seems
the newest spam emails and GOTCHAs are giving visa and visa fraud hellllll
fake petsmart emails, fake AAA emails and Fake tractor supply emails that look VERY VERY real
we got hit 3 weeks ago on a 9.99 mystery charge they say TEST and our visa fraud guys called us . to say your card is DEAD
then yesterday they got it the new one again, where did we use it last????? TRACTOR supply in store.

Hi,

Don't know if it's related but my bank just sent me a new card, out of the blue. I hadn't noticed any weird activity but they did it as a precaution against fraud. Maybe I've been buying too much ammo.

Thank you for your indulgence,

BassCliff

I tried a transfer today with another bank and had to call in to get it done. Anyone else having issues?

i actually went to a BoA the other day, to open up a savings account, for my reasons.

the damn bank does not open until 10:00 AM...???

like WTF bank opens THAT LATE...???

9:00AM all banks open here, and those fools open at 10..??

needles to say, i went across the street, and got my business done by 9:20......

damn fools..........

so yeah, they got issues all right......

they seem to like losing customers.

I get where you're coming from. Banking hours can be frustrating, especially when they don’t align with what most people need. It’s hard to understand why some branches choose to open later when so many customers rely on morning hours to handle their finances before work. At least you had another option across the street that respected your time. Honestly, these little things really do matter when it comes to customer loyalty!
just makes no sense they open up 1 hour later than all the other banks.

well, they lost a customer, but i nary think they care

Bank of America has a very long history of screwing over both their clients and their employees. I wouldn't do business with them. :poop:
I agree with you, however I have all my bills, saving, checking etc with them since they were EAB. So it's laziness that keeps me with them. My biggest grip with them is bank security. At one time they employed armed security. Now they are anti gun; security is still there but the poor guy has a uniform, a badge and no gun. They look like target practice for bad guys.
