A H2 buffer weight is good for both supersonic and subsonic in a .300blk build that won't have excessive recoil.

You may need to experiment depending on buffer spring and BCG though most likely you'll be fine with an H2.

I am purchasing the buffer tube and spring and was trying to decide what buffer to go with. It currently has a pistol tube and buffer

And I could be wrong but the pistol buffer tube is a different size then a full size AR.
