That is good news. I always worry someone over here reading about the nonsense some other state is trying to pull and saying, "Hey, that's a great idea. We need to do that."
Saw that this morning, it’s great, California should have never went that far as a background check for ammo, just like the judge stated in his writing.

Maybe I'm just naive, but I find it difficult to believe the "voters" approved of the background checks to purchase ammo. Do the anti-2A folks outnumber the law-abiding citizens of California to that extent?
