Sure does look like a G3 although since the language is Spanish it could be a Cetme.

Edit: they also did produce them locally as well under contract.

Side note, that Police officer is going to be the first to get shot by the cartels in a drive by.

I doubt the Mexican National Police use a semi auto version of the G3, which is the 91.
They need full auto against the Cartels. Mexico under contract made G3’s

Nope, it has a hinged lower, the 91 does not. The G3 model has a hinged fully auto trigger group lower. Doubt they would take the time to make a G3 lower fit a 91.... Just sayin!
