i wish the 10 and 45 would use the ar mag conversions like the 5.7x28, 9mm & 40s/w! instead of the glock mags! with both being radial delayed the 10 & 45 use a heavier buffer (h3 i think). why would it need a heavy buffer for the radial as that's 1 reason to have a lower weight as the 5.7 buffer weighs about 2.5ozs. the h3 is used for another brands bearing delayed, but unsure about cmmg's?

Hope they run better than the 10mm Banshee rifles run.

The three people I know who have gotten them never had them run correctly, even after returning them multiple times.

It’s no secret HK had issues with the 5/10; they’d beat themselves to death in a few thousand rounds (compared to at least one MP5 which had, literally, a million logged rounds put through it). Rumor is HK never wanted to release them from R&D for production, but the FBI offer was too good…

The MP5/40 was never as reliable as they wanted it to be, either; it’s one of the reasons they released the UMP series.
