I purchased a XDS 4.0 in 45acp and took advantage of the one time discount to purchase some accessories. The mag holder is absolute garbage and have tried several times to voice my complaint. Several times it was returned as a unmonitored email even though they had a actual name attached to it. I've tried several others and still no response from anyone. Has anyone else had these problems with the holders? Being ignored by the personnel at Springfield? I find it unacceptable. I would like the magazine holder replace with one that actually works on both slots.

Not sure about e-mail but I have called a couple times last week and someone answered both times in less than 5 rings.
ALL of the plastic mag holders and holsters are junk. IMO Springfield should be embarrassed to even offer such junk.
I bought a padded case off the site also awhile back. It came with the mag holder and holster. I threw it away and the foam as well, cut my own foam out of 2 inch kaisen foam and cut it the way I wanted and with the pistol & accessories where I wanted them.
With that being said I knew before hand what I was getting and was only after the large Springfield logo-ed case for shipping purposes but I was still surprised at how cheap and junky the pieces were. The case itself is rugged and not at all flimsy.
You can see in the pic that the placement is HORRIBLE! looks like they threw everything in, shook it around and then cut the foam that way lol.

I purchased the Apache case from Harbor Freight and can carry all of the guns. That's the mag holder I ordered.

I can verify the Mitch Rosen accessories are top notch but its also reflected in the price, like most things.
