Double irony: If they don't fix it in time it likely burns up, fragments drop on the ground and you've got grass fires to contend with. A few years ago we had two large grass fires caused by these things and many sit idle waiting for repairs. Some "green" solution that is. Then folks nearby couldn't resist the incentives to lease their land and they built a bunch of new ones. Within six months, one had fallen over and one had caught fire, but no widespread grass fire - this time.
