Crap like this is why I made a good living for more than 40 years as a safety engineer. Ignorance you can fix with education. Stupid? Ya can’t do anything with stupid. Boy that used to work for me made the observation “You can’t make anything idiot proof because idiots are so ingenious”. This picture is a classic example
