Not about bacon-which i am going to try air fry'd-at Cub asked butcher what was different re pkg'd hamburger and 'Buy by Pound" in case. In the case- hamburger is left over steak-etc- cuts and much better. Ground steak at hamburger price. Now we know.Whatever day they get steaks and other hunks of meat to cut is Hamburger day.
