My EDC is an XD9 Tactical, because of ammo cost and availability (need to practice!) But if I had my druthers, I'd be carrying my 40... just sayin'

I'm not at all a fan of the micro gun craze all of my handguns are 4 inch barrel length or more for good reasons. Thanks, @Honorman - I'm looking forward to working with the Ronin, for sure. Whether I was a victim of marketing or whatever, I have tried most of the popular micros and don't love any of them. I had it in my head that I needed something sleeker/smaller than my XD Mod.2 subcompact for EDC, but the more I shot the micros, the less I liked them. Every date night (or day) at the range is a good one! (y)

keep it going because the more you train with that ronin the better you will improve your skill sets don’t be afraid to push yourself I think you will be amazed on how much you can improve. It’s always a balance of speed and accuracy in deploying your weapon speed is important but if you miss bad things happen to you. Speed is fine but accuracy is final. In gunfights these factors are important. Speed will come with practice but you must get your hits. Remember hits are quicker than misses. it takes valuable fractions of time to reacquire your target on misses and this can place you in jeopardy. TRAIN,BE SMART,THINK TACTICS
