Does a crush washer come with a new muzzle device?

Just wondering, first time I plan on changing a muzzle device. When I buy the device does it come with included crush washer and do I use Loctite or attach dry. You Tube videos never mention using some type of grease/Loctite.

Thx in advance.

Can't delete this thread... but never mind, bought a pack of 10 from Amazon, 10 bucks... and saw another You Tube video where they answer the Loctite question... no.

Out of curiosity, I googled "muzzle device" went to a couple websites, then randomly clicked on a few of the devices. In the description area a couple said crush washer included, and at least one stated not included. It does appear that it is dependent upon the device.

This is the same experience I've encountered when buying muzzle devices. Some come with crush washers or shims and some don't.

I would recommend buying a name brand crush washer instead of the Amazon imported parts for your firearms as the cheap imported stuff is usually made with inferior metals & coatings which can lead to failure or premature rusting.

SLR is an awesome brand of muzzle devices and parts like crush washers that you can find from places like Wing Tactical or Rainer Arms. You definitely won't be getting a 10 pack for $10 but you will be getting a top quality product.

And yes loctite is a big no-no.
