Good article on duty pistol roundup, Glock, Walther and Springfield, while I do like Glock, I wouldn’t hesitate on getting one of the others mentioned, all are very good choices and guns, comes down to a personal decision

Ok…they started to lose me when they couldn’t even spell Sig-Sauer correctly.

They lost me completely when they said the M&P isn’t a popular duty pistol…guarantee there are more M&P’s in duty holsters than Echelons and PDP’s combined.

They jumped the shark when the P365 was included as a duty pistols.

The author is an utter ignoramus.

My brother in law got me this shirt. I didn’t have the heart to tell him I don’t have a Glock.

I think the big three of duty guns are Glock, Sig and Smith. I'm at a Glock agency. My G19 or G43x are both absolutely accurate and reliable.

Sig is going through its own turmoil of sorts with their 320. It might make sense to put out a duty gun based off of the P365. I wouldn't willingly own a Sig...

Smith seems to have too many different (money making) models to focus on just their M&P duty guns. They do seem to mimic Glock models in that regard. Otherwise ripping off Kel-Tec seems to be paying dividends. I retired from a Smith agency when the M&P1.0 came out. It had bugs to be worked out. The 2.0's seem rock solid.

I don't find Glocks to be particularly "accurate" but they are definitely reliable
