THANK YOUVery sorry for your loss, dogs get ripped off with their lifespan.
hope you get a few more.My Jack Russel will be 14 next month. I know his time will come much sooner than I want it to. He mostly just lies around these days and that is fine too. He has been a great companion and because of my disability I probably will never have another pet. He certainly was a handful when he was young . Not because he was mean but because of his wild activity. When young he was never still and always full of energy.
I trained him from a pup and I just can't do it now. Since I've never been a cat person that is out also.
hope you get a few more.
Thank you again.^ I am sorry for your loss too, @Northbound .
@adam sr , I know I sent condolences to you on the other thread, but I don't think it can be said enough the hurt we all share as dog-lovers when our friends leave us. I hope each passing day brings you - and Northbound, too - less sorrow and more fondness remembering the good days.
I'm sorry for your loss. Looks like Peanut had a long and wonderful lifeI also lost my 22 year old miniature dash hound named Peanut that my mom gave me at 6 years old, and this tiny little dog would stand in front of my F-350 dually 4 door until I put her in the truck to go to work, and made me late so many times
