SA is notoriously slow with email. It’s best to call them.

They contacted me and asked to resend the dated invoice to they could continue to process it. That was on Friday. I started the process on the 25th of March and received my confirmation number a week later.
I’ve heard 6 to 12 weeks

I questioned this too and emailed them. I got The Echelon 4.5F Comp and in the reply they said from the date of confirmation allow them 8-12 weeks for delivery

My Echelon came with the gear in a package deal, but I also heard 6-12 weeks, but some are getting them sooner
