Ever seen this? Possible cause? .22 LR failure

Got the pistol back 12/14 (finally). To their credit, repairs and the return were handled in a timely fashion once they received parts.

Decision now is whether to shoot it again or send it down the road. I have no intention of keeping it after this debacle and the frustration the company created.
 
I would get rid of it then send a "nice" letter to the company why they have lost your business forever. Had a similar issue with Sig and a P365 when they first came out. Needless to say I do not own any Sig firearms and will never purchase another one.
 
And to think the Pa. State Police are getting issued Walther handguns very shortly. I'll have to let my friends there know about their customer service....
