I don't know about you but those iron sights would cut into my smooth female hands. Hell no.Anything you use your red dot to do, vis-a-vis slide manipulation, you can use the rear sight for as well.

I have some disabled friends who love shooting and they do various exercises to strengthen anything that needs to be strengthen.
Lexie, do you have contact info for any of the companies you referenced for milling slides?If your Hellcat does not have OSP, or Domar idea of NSZ slide racker may not work then their are companies who will mill your slide to take a red-dot of your choice.
The other good thing about a red-dot if you get a reflex it will help with our older eyes.

I train: single hand, Left hand, right hand, Two hands: L hand on grip and R hand on grip. Eye depends on which one I am shooting.
